9:00am Arrive at Roosevelt Square, unload trucks, set up chairs, stands and percussion
9:45am Band and choir arrives (park in courthouse parking deck) and gets set up for the sound check
10:00am Sound check with band, choir and soloists
11:00am Break
12:45pm Band be in your seats. Warm-up individually, tune as a group.
