I am sending this out during the Veterans Day Concert so you can practice before the one rehearsal for the “Jingle Mingle” on Monday, November 15th from 6-8pm.  At that rehearsal, we need to get an accurate count of players for this performance!!

The “Jingle Mingle” performance is Saturday, November 20th!!!  Here are the details:

  • Music Stand 
  • Music Stand Light 
  • Water
  • Decorations
• Dress in your most festive Christmas-wear – decorate your instruments and music stands – have fun making music!
• Parking is available in the parking garages.
• 5:00pm Early set-up – The Main Street Market, 118 Main Street SW, Gainesville, GA  30501.  Please come and help, if possible. 
• 5:30pm – Call time – Everyone should be there and ready to warm-up.  
• 6:00-6:45pm – Play first set of music
• 6:45-7:15pm – Eat and enjoy performances on the outdoor stage (Food provided by Main Street Market)
• 7:15-7:25pm – The Lighting of the “Big Chicken” Ceremony/Fireworks 
• 7:30-8:00pm – Play second set
• 8:00pm – Pack-up, help put the market back together.

The Jingle Mingle jingles and mingles, rain or shine!!  I wish I could be there with you but I know you’ll be awesome!  May the Lord bless you and your family this Christmas season!
