Hi Believers Band!

Due to inclement weather, we are moving tomorrow’s rehearsal to the Reception Hall at GFUMC.

Here’s the rehearsal plan:

• When:  Tuesday, May 4th from 6 – 7:30 pm (please arrive early so we are ready to play at 6:00 pm)
• Where:  Reception Hall, GFUMC, Gainesville, Georgia 30501
• The church will supply chairs.  Bring your:
  • Instrument
  • Music stand
  • Music stand light (optional)
  • Music
• Enter through the main entrance (not the music entrance).
• Please wear a mask as you arrive and leave (not when playing) and remember to social distance at least 4 feet apart.

We have had two wonderful rehearsals with approximately 35 members in attendance!!

Dr. Jim Leigh has been in the North Georgia Medical Center since Sunday, April 23rd with a heart condition and a liver tumor.  He had a liver biopsy today with results hopefully by Wednesday.  From there, they will make a plan which may include heart surgery.

I visited him yesterday.  He looks and sounds good but is bored.
