Dear Band:

I can’t wait to see you at the dress rehearsal! It’s on Saturday, March 12th, from 1-3 pm! No special dress is needed for our “dress” rehearsal, by the way.  The show is really coming together!  Please stay after to help clear the stage and set up for church on Sunday morning.

Remember to spring forward on Saturday night to daylight savings time. 

This is the schedule for Sunday:

1:00 pm – Arrive a GFUMC – Please park by Dunlap Road or behind the church.  Move communion table, lectern, etc… from chancel – Set-up band chairs and stands.
1:30 pm – Warm-up in sanctuary – Each piece: beginning, end and transitions
2:15-2:30 pm – Move into the choir room and get dressed if not already.
2:45 pm – Finish warm-up, tune in choir room
2:50 pm – Pray
2:55 pm – Enter sanctuary
3:00 pm – Concert begins
4:15 pm – End concert

Please help put everything away (chairs, stands and percussion)

We will not rehearse on Monday March 14th.  We will start working on the Spring Concert on Monday, March 21st.
