Dear Believers Band,

I am looking forward to our performance at Cresswind tomorrow, June 8 at 6:30 pm.  It looks like it will be a beautiful day with a high of 80 degrees and less than a 20% chance of rain!  Please carpool as much as possible.

I have made the following changes (*) to the concert order:

Dress:

Blue “Believers Band” polo shirt (contact Betty Foster if you do not have one)
Khaki pants (capris, skirts, or shorts)
Baseball cap, optional (be mindful of what the cap says) 
Sunglasses

This is a reminder of the schedule:

3:00 pm – Load the equipment (music stands, percussion, podium, etc…) onto the truck at GFUMC
4:00 pm – Unload the truck at the Cresswind Clubhouse
5:00 pm – Band members arrive
5:15 pm – Warm-up/sound check
5:55 pm – Break
6:30 pm – Concert begins
7:30 pm – Concert ends – reload the equipment onto the truck and help put away chairs, etc…
8:30 pm – Unload truck at GFUMC

Be sure to bring a bottle of water and a music stand light (just in case)!

Directions:

We will be playing on the patio behind the Cresswind Clubhouse (3300 Cresswind Marina Dr. 30504) which is accessible by a paved sidewalk on the left side of the clubhouse. Enter Cresswind at the main gate off Browns Bridge Road with the waterfall.  The code to enter is #0623.  Please park as far away from the clubhouse as possible.
