Dear Band,

Three quick tasks, and we’ll make a quantum leap as a band. 

• Survey:  1st of all, David has asked for a quick straw “roll call” for upcoming (Spring and Summer) performances.  We’ve had 33 responses.  THANKS for great feedback! • Tomorrow at practice: we’ll ask you to sign up “for shifts” this coming Sunday,  Feb 16th (performance day.)    It’s moving and amazing to see the spirit of all who volunteer so selflessly.  But let’s be sure to “share the wealth” with these tasks.  Pick a “shift”, and let’s try signing up for either setup or for striking the set and see how this goes.    
• Photo for Members Contact page: Since fellowship is a critical component to our organization, we would like to advance inter-band relationships.  OK, not those kind, but that’s not out of the question, either.  Anyway, if you have a picture (headshot) for this purpose, please simply reply to this email with a digital file of your smile.  If you need help with this, please let us know.   (Here’s an example.)
