Thanks for a great rehearsal yesterday. We are making good progress on the music for our April 23rd Spring Concert. Only 6 rehearsals before the concert so every rehearsal counts. Please make every effort to be present and on time.

It was wonderful to see a new flute player Tuesday. Many thanks for making her feel welcome. I would like each section to contact those that have been missing and make a personal appeal to join us for this concert. You know who those missing people are and a personal contact from you is the very best way to encourage attendance. All of our member’s contact information, past and present, is located on the Believers Band website in the member login section. It would only take a minute to look up their contact information and give them a call or send them an email.

We will have signup sheets available next week asking for help with specific tasks for the Spring Concert. Please consider helping so no one is over burdened trying to do it all.

Richard Hunt has agreed to lead our conductor search committee. I know you will agree that he will provide great leadership with this important task. He is picking his team but wants to offer anyone that has a “burning desire” to be on this committee the opportunity to get involved. He needs to keep the committee to a reasonable size so will limit this to two volunteers. If you are interested please contact Richard Hunt with your interest.
