Dear Band,
Thanks for a very nice rehearsal Tuesday. The “Cowboy” concert will be a big hit. I was also very impressed on how well you played “The King and I”.

Following is the song order for the concert. Tuesday, we will practice a new approach to performance tuning, work on Happy Trails, some “spots” on selected songs and then run through the program. If you could have your music in song order it would make the rehearsal go faster. You will not need any other music other than what is listed.

REMEMBER TO WEAR YOUR COWBOY HATS TO REHEARSAL. I need to check to see if everyone can see me, if we wear the hats during the concert.

Bring your stand lights if you have one.

We are setting up at 9:30 Tuesday morning and would appreciate any help.

I think that we could have a good crowd. If you haven’t emailed your friends about the concert, please do. They will want to know about this one.
