Dear Band:

For those of you that were unable to attend rehearsal on Tuesday, April 3rd, I need to fill you in on a few things:

  1. We will not be performing on the June 24thPatriotic Concert with the GFUMC Choir. The music they are doing is better suited for the Jazz Band.
  2. Because of #1 we decided to move the April 22ndconcert to June 3rd. It will be the same theme and music but this way we will have more time to prepare.
  3. Tuesday, April 10ththe Marine Corps Band New Orleans will be performing at Riverside Military Academy. We will rehearse from 6-7 pm and after, those of us who wish to attend the concert will caravan over to Riverside.
  4. We are working on recordings to help make your practice time more productive.
