Dear Band:
For those of you that were unable to attend rehearsal on Tuesday, April 3rd, I need to fill you in on a few things:
- We will not be performing on the June 24thPatriotic Concert with the GFUMC Choir. The music they are doing is better suited for the Jazz Band.
- Because of #1 we decided to move the April 22ndconcert to June 3rd. It will be the same theme and music but this way we will have more time to prepare.
- Tuesday, April 10ththe Marine Corps Band New Orleans will be performing at Riverside Military Academy. We will rehearse from 6-7 pm and after, those of us who wish to attend the concert will caravan over to Riverside.
- We are working on recordings to help make your practice time more productive.
