Hi Believers,

Monday’s rehearsal was great! It’s always different in a new space. That is to be expected. But once
we got started, I heard a lot of good things!

The schedule for Sunday, February 26th :

1:00 pm – Set-up – We need to set up chairs, percussion and stands
2:00 pm – Call time – Please park in the upper parking lot behind the church – Store your cases
in the Reception Hall
2:30 pm – Down-beat – Warm-up in Great Room
3:30 – 3:45 pm – Move into the Reception Hall
3:45 pm – Finish warm-up, tune in Reception Hall
3:50 pm – Pray
3:55 pm – Enter Great Room
4:00 pm – Concert begins
5:05 pm – Concert ends – Please put the black chairs in stacks of 10 and leave in Great Room.
Put music stands on racks, take them and the percussion equipment to the Choir Room

You will want to bring a stand light and, possibly, a water bottle.

Make note of the changes we made in rehearsal tonight. We all have bits and pieces here and there that
need extra attention before Sunday. We don’t usually have this much time between the dress rehearsal
and the concert. Make good use of it. And, as always, make it musical

We will not rehearse on Monday, February 27th .

I can’t wait for our beautiful production on Sunday, in the GFUMC Great Room.

Call time is 2:00 PM. Be early! Be prepared!
