Dear Band:

Wow! What a great Back to Band party!! My hat’s off to the Membership Committee for a job well done!  I, for one, am excited to see where this year takes us! 

We had an awesome 2021-2022 season with fun and musical concerts that blessed all in attendance.  I am so excited to start off the 2022-2023 season!

Here is the tentative schedule for this year:  

Rehearsals begin – Monday, August 8th 
Lakeside Service – Sunday, September 18th 
Veteran’s Day Concert – Friday, November 11th 
Jingle Mingle Performance – Saturday, November 19th (Downtown Gainesville)
No Rehearsals – Thanksgiving Break – Monday, November 21st & 28th 
Rehearsals resume – Monday, December 5th – 19th 
No Rehearsals – Christmas Break – Monday, December 26th  – January 2nd
Rehearsals resume – Monday, January 9th, 2023
Concert – Sunday, February 26th, 2023 with Gainesville Ballet Company
Concert – Sunday, May 7th, 2023

Get those cobwebs off your instruments! Monday’s rehearsal can’t get here too soon! I’m looking forward to an awesome year!
