Hi Believers!
The Believers Concert Band needs you in order to be successful! The band needs your musical talent, your dedication, your great attitude, and your other gifts that make you who you are! The last few years have been a challenge but our Board is working constantly to improve our public image, gather financial support, and put into place policies that will help us to grow! The Board has divided the needs of our band into five categories. This is where you come in. Maybe you worked as an accountant or a marketing analyst or you are great at organizing, decorating, or love to work out the details. The band needs you, your experience, your expertise, and your enthusiasm. Think about ways that you can contribute, other than during rehearsals, and consider becoming a member of one of the small groups below.

Public Relations
To make the most impact, choose to be a part of the Public Relations Committee! If you’re outgoing and creative and excited to share the special qualities of our ensemble with our community, this is the place for you! You will be creating the public face of the Believers Band!
Planning and Production
Some of us are more comfortable behind the scenes. Our band needs people to cross the t’s and dot the i’s to ensure that each and every performance comes off without a hitch! In order for the concert to appear polished, many little details need to fall into place.
Sponsor Relations
The Believers Band cannot function without financial support. Reaching out to those in our community that are willing to support us is vital to our continued success! Our past donors need to know how much they are appreciated, our current donors need recognition at our performances, and our future donors will need to be identified and made to feel like part of our band family! This group will need some of you who are comfortable sharing our information with others and some who can consistently send and receive correspondence from our generous supporters.
Member Relations
One of our band’s most important qualities is its family atmosphere. The encouragement and support that we receive from each other during and even outside of rehearsals not only warms our hearts but it tightens the bond that brings us together. An ensemble that supports and prays for each and every member will continue to grow physically, spiritually, and musically. This group will ensure that no one slips through the cracks!
Music and Equipment
A band has stuff. This stuff needs to stay organized. We don’t want to lose any of our stuff. This group should be made up of people who can keep track of our stuff!
