Dear Band,

The Jingle Mingle is upon us!  

The lighting of the chicken has been moved an hour earlier (than two years ago) and therefore, our schedule has changed from the previous email.  The new schedule for the 2021 Jingle Mingle is as follows:

• 4:30pm Early set-up – The Main Street Market, 118 Main Street SW, Gainesville, GA  30501.  Please come and help, if possible. 
• 4:45pm – Call time – Everyone should be there, find your seat and decorate, etc. 
• 5:00pm – Warm-up  
• 5:15-6:00pm – Play first set of music
• 6:00-6:45pm – Eat and enjoy performances on the outdoor stage (Food prepared by Sweet Magnolias and provided by the Main Street Market)
• 6:15-6:35ish pm – The Lighting of the “Big Chicken” Ceremony/Fireworks 
• 6:45-7:15pm – Play second set
• 7:15pm – Pack-up, help put the market back together.

• Dress in your most festive Christmas-wear – decorate your instruments and music stands – have fun making music!
• Parking is available in the parking garages
