Dear Believers Band,

I want to invite you to try SmartMusic.  It is an internet-based practice tool.  This is free of charge from now until June 30th.  Here are some of the benefits:

• You can record yourself – correct notes will be displayed in green while incorrect notes or rhythms will be in red or orange.
• You can slow down the music
• You can loop difficult sections of the music as many times as needed until you are satisfied.
• You can click on a note to see the fingering!
• Tuner and Metronome
• You can practice with just your part or with the whole band!

Just follow this link to the Join a Class Guide that will walk you through the needed steps.  It is set up for school classes and assignments, but we will use it to make practicing fun!
