Dear Band:

I wanted to give you an update on the developing weather situation.  As of today, Monday, we ARE planning to have our regular schedule rehearsal tomorrow, Tuesday, at 6:00 PM.  The latest weather update indicates that there may be light flurries tomorrow morning in the Gainesville area but it will clear out by early afternoon.  The temperature will be dropping after the front passes but there will likely be several hours for the roads to dry before 6:00 PM.

However, if conditions change, we will be sending out another email by 3:00 PM tomorrow IF we decide to cancel the rehearsal.  But as of now, we look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

Regardless of what decision is made, we want everyone to use your own discretion regarding coming or staying home.  If you do not feel safe to drive, stay home (and practice) and we will rehearse with those that come.
